Our Mission:

As an originator of space, the landscape designer not only annotates with the culture of the project but he also considers his periphery and town planning. Bound to the ground, its morphology and sound history, he acts on the site by enriching it by his creativity nourished by sensitivity and culture. Subject of a transdisciplinary field which is the landscape, the landscape designer must be polyvalent.

Mission of Study:

The mission of the study includes four aspects:Summary preliminary draft,Detailed preliminary draft,File of execution and consultation and Follow-up of work (according to the request):

Summary preliminary draft:

Summary preliminary draft includes: A general analysis of the site supported by graphic documents,The formulation of a concept according to which the project will be founded and A plan of mass proposing the broad outlines of the project.

Detailed preliminary draft:

A detailed preliminary draft includes: A plan of establishment. A plan of earthwork, A plan of plantation, A plan of principle of lighting, A plan of principle of watering and an introductory report including an estimate of the batch

The Project Of Execution:

At the stage of the file of execution: Plans detailed by sectors and by under batch, levelling, plantation, alleys, lighting, furniture, etc…and a confidential estimate of work.

In addition, the landscape designer will provide recommendations on the following details of execution:

The drainage (external and interior garden ).

The sealing (vat at interior).

The installation of the system of irrigation (according to the needs and the developments of the plants)..

Tillage and choice of fertilizers (organic and mineral).

The installation of lighting system in the interior gardens (many luxes and time)..

The advance of the alleys and the choice of the coating.

Follow-up of Building site

The landscape designer will assume the coordination of work of green area by a presence on the site, one duration and of a rate according to a planning to be defined according to the needs and of the progress report of the building site. moreover this phase includes the visits seedbeds for the choices and the approval of the plantations.
